ReoPoly provides services in the field of engineering consultancy. To do so, it needs to collect personal data for the following purposes:

• Contacting Users who have completed and submitted a form, provided they have given their consent to be contacted;

The personal data collected is necessary for order and delivery processes.

d) Data that will be collected

ReoPoly will collect the name, user’s website, country of residence, email, phone number, and occupation through the completion of forms available in various areas of the site or via email. Information marked with an * in the forms is mandatory. Failure to provide mandatory information will result in the inability to process the information and/or provide the requested services, as applicable.

Data collection on open networks: Users are alerted that information collected/transmitted on open networks may circulate without security conditions, with the risk of being viewed and used by unauthorized third parties. Thus, we recommend adopting additional measures when using the Internet for transmitting personal data, such as encryption, firewalls, and updated antivirus software.

ReoPoly will retain the data for a period of 12 months. However, it may need to retain certain data for a longer period to comply with legal obligations.

ReoPoly’s website uses Google Analytics (GA) to track user interactions. The information collected is used to determine the number of users accessing the website. ReoPoly uses this information to better understand how users find and use its web pages.
